Green mate naturally contains caffeine, while its plant compounds, including polyphenols, give this blend an extra botanical talking point. 🫖 Brewing Instructions

• Amount: Approximately 2g per 250ml cup.

• Water temperature: 100°C — freshly boiled water.

• Brewing time: 6–8 minutes.
