Our Klara is a UK-based independent business creating handcrafted jewellery, crystal gardens, eco resin homeware and unique handmade gifts. Every item is carefully designed and handmade with love and attention to detail.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site and make purchases.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.

3. Handmade Products

Every product is individually handmade by us.

Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, pattern, finish, size and natural materials should be expected. These variations are part of the beauty of handmade products and are not considered faults.

Product photographs are taken to represent items as accurately as possible, although colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

4. Natural Gemstones

Many of our products contain genuine natural gemstones.

Each stone is unique and may naturally vary in colour, markings, inclusions and shape. These characteristics are part of the stone's natural beauty and should not be considered defects.

Any information regarding crystal meanings or traditional properties is provided for interest only and should not be considered medical or scientific advice.

 

5. Product Care

Care instructions should be followed to help your purchase last as long as possible.

To keep your jewellery and homeware looking their best:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.

  • Keep jewellery away from perfumes, lotions and cleaning products.

  • Clean items gently using a soft cloth.

  • Eco resin homeware should not be placed in a dishwasher or microwave unless specifically stated.

Damage caused through misuse, accidental damage or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may change without notice, but you will always pay the price shown when your order is placed.

7. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including pricing errors, stock shortages or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

8. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when your order has been delivered.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photographs to help resolve the issue quickly.

 

 

10. Returns & Refunds

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Personalised or bespoke items cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, product descriptions, artwork, logos, branding and designs, remains the property of Our Klara unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Our Klara shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Eco Resin Products: As handmade items, small air bubbles, subtle colour variations and slight surface texture are normal characteristics and are not faults.

  • Copyright: These are our product designs, photographs and branding cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
